Arahne at the 50th International Symposium on Novelties in Textiles, Ljubljana
Arahne participated in the 50th International Symposium on Novelties in Textiles, held on May 29–30, 2025 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Organized by the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering, University of Ljubljana.
As part of the scientific program, Arahne contributed a paper titled:
“COMPUTERIZED CREATION OF NOVELTY WEAVES”
In this article, we presented how Arahne’s weaving CAD software can be used to creatively and efficiently develop complex, unique weave structures using digital tools. The paper showcases the practical advantages of combining advanced weave design algorithms with user-friendly software interfaces, helping designers and manufacturers reduce development time while exploring a wide spectrum of artistic and technical possibilities.
