Improved ruler accuracy in ArahWeave
Rulers in printouts look like a trivial feature, but making them truly accurate is surprisingly difficult. We’ve just fine-tuned the ruler in ArahWeave, and the result is a more precise and more readable tool.
A hidden rounding bug, fixed
During testing, we uncovered a rounding bug that made measurements off by 0.9%. It’s a small number, but for anyone checking fabric dimensions on a printout, small errors add up. The bug is now fixed, so what you measure is what you get.

Better behavior at any DPI
We also improved how the ruler behaves across different screen and print DPI levels. Numbers no longer overlap, and tick marks are no longer overly dense, so the ruler stays clean and legible whether you’re working on screen or reviewing a printout.

Clearer reading
The starting “0” is now replaced with “cm” or “in”, depending on the selected units. At a glance, you know which measurement system you’re looking at.

Accurate measurements matter, and with these refinements, ArahWeave continues to provide the precision textile designers and weavers rely on every day.
